What is this tool?

It is just a really simple way for you to get IP addresses at random. You can make up to 50 IP addresses at a time to use for whatever purpose you need.

I may add the functionality to choose between generating IP V6 and IP V4 addresses in the future but I will wait to see if anyone uses this version first.
